AI Video Production in NYC
A production studio that shoots. And generates.
Most brands get offered a false choice. Traditional production with traditional budgets, or an AI shop that has never lit a room, run a set, or delivered under a live deadline.
We built a third option. OnePointFive Studio is a video production studio in New York, working since 2018. We shoot live events every week. And we run a full AI production line beside the cameras — directed by the same people, judged by the same eye.
What we watched happen in Korea
Korea moved first. We work across the U.S. and Korean markets, and we watched AI production there go from experiment to default — budgets that once required full CG and 3D teams now run through AI pipelines, and clients stopped asking whether. The same shift is starting in the U.S. Our bet: the studios building this craft now will be the ones holding it when demand arrives.
What we make
AI brand films and concept spots. Campaign-ready video, generated and edited to a brief.
Previsualization. See the film before the shoot. Test looks, framing, and locations on screen before committing production budget.
Hybrid extension. Shoot the core live, extend with AI — new formats, environments, and variations from a single shoot day.
Versioning at scale. Cutdowns, aspect ratios, and market variants without going back to camera.
Why a production studio, not an AI shop
The tools are available to everyone. Taste is not. The tells that make AI video feel cheap — drifting motion, dead framing, lighting that ignores physics — are production problems. We solve them the way we always have: direction, edit, color. Eight years of live production is the bar our AI work has to clear.
Clients include Moët Hennessy USA and TAO Group.
When AI, when cameras
AI fits concept films, product-led visuals, tight timelines, versions at volume, and ideas that would be impractical to shoot. Live action fits real people, real rooms, real events — nights that happen once. Most briefs land in between. We quote both honestly, because we sell both. If a camera crew is the cheaper right answer, that is what we will tell you.

How it works
- Brief. Goal, references, where the film will run.
- Direction. Style frames and a short test pass before full production. You approve the look first.
- Production. Generation rounds with review gates. You see cuts, not surprises.
- Post. Edit, grade, sound. Delivery in every format the brief names.
FAQ
Will it look AI-generated?
Only if it is left undirected. The tells come from skipping direction, edit, and color — the parts we never skip. You review the work at every gate.
Is AI production cheaper than a shoot?
Sometimes. It removes logistics — crew, location, travel — and adds iteration rounds. The answer depends on the brief, which is why we scope both ways and show you the difference.
Can you match our brand's look?
Yes. We build a style reference set from your existing work and lock it on test frames before full production.
Do you use AI on everything now?
No. We shoot live events every week. AI is a production line, not a replacement. We recommend whichever serves the brief.
Who owns the final files?
Ownership and usage rights are defined in writing before production starts — scope, channels, and duration. Same way we handle live-action work.
